Ingredients:
Enriched wheat flour, banana with cinnamon filling (sugar, banana, glucose, water, modified starch, wheat fiber, ground cinnamon, microcrystalline cellulose stabilizer, caramel color IV, natural annatto color, citric acid, potassium sorbate preservative, flavoring), margarine, water, pasteurized whole egg, and salt.

Allergens:
Contains egg, wheat, milk, and soy derivatives. May contain rye, barley, oats, triticale, peanuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds. Contains gluten.

Preparation Instructions:
The Folhado Forno de Minas is a raw product that needs to be baked before consumption.

From freezer, without thawing:

  • Electric/Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Place the Folhados on a baking sheet, leaving about 3 cm between them.
  • Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C.
  • Remove from the oven when the pastries are golden and puffed.
